All drawings will include a subtle mark that you are not allowed to remove.

Prices are vulnerable to change based on demands.

I have complete right to reject any drawing request I do not feel comfortable completing.

All payments must be put through Paypal or CashApp ONLY.

Commissions may either be paid 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

Do not send me any payment before you have requested me directly and received a slot in the queue.

I will notify you once I begin working on the commission.

An amount of reviews based on the complexity of the request will be provided.

Each review provided will be work-in-progress pictures that will have a watermark attached and will be of slightly lower quality than the original piece.

Once the first review is given, you forfeit all rights to a refund (See Section 5 for more details on refunds).

The time required to complete a request may vary due to health, IRL issues, other work, and other factors.

If anything appears that may slow the progress of the commission, I will let you know ASAP.

Once the commission is completed you will receive a full-resolution image.

An additional fee will be applied if you wish to make a change to the final drawing. The only exception is if I myself misunderstood something within the initial directions.

If you wish to request a change for something that you have already approved, a small fee may be requested. Exceptions to this may include areas such as poses, colors, etc. The more difficult the change, the more likely a fee is present.

If you supply a reference that is unclear to begin with, additional charges may be added to request fees. Be sure to supply as clear a reference as you can to avoid this happening.

Once you have been shown a review at least one time, a refund can no longer be accepted.

If, for any reason, I am unable to start or complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I have started, you will receive a full refund.

If you have requested a refund and paid through Paypal, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will refund the money personally.

Promote myself with it anywhere

Publish it within books (artbooks, novels, etc.)

Display it anywhere within my liking (social media, website, etc.)

Post it whenever I want.

Use the item for personal use unless agreed upon otherwise (uploading to social media, using as a profile picture, etc.)

Print the artwork and claim the characters within as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Use the artwork to promote themselves. Credit is required.

Use the artwork within Youtube videos or monetized products, as long as the artwork itself is not the focus of the monetization.

Reproducing or using the artwork commercially - this means making money off of it in any way.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Removing my watermark or signature from the artwork.

Altering the artwork without my consent.

Placing the artwork into an AI art program in any capacity - doing this will immediately blacklist you from receiving future commissions.

I will do everything in my power to make the costumer happy!

If you have a problem with anything in the artwork, please let me know immediately so that we may find a solution.

If you wish to negotiate some of the terms BEFORE we start, you are welcome to do so. For example, if you wish for me to not post the artwork anywhere, this may be negotiated.

Drafts and sketches that provide a basic idea of the commission. The complexity of the commission may change the number of drafts.

Insight and involvement on the color plan used in the artwork (depends upon the complexity of the artwork.)

Full-resolution image of the final art piece upon completion.

Full Images include a basic background - more complex backgrounds have a further fee

Extra Character(s): +30% per

Simple or Low Scale: $35

Complex or High Scale: $50

Further complexity of the character, colors, or pose may increase the price

Pixel Art sheets will be based on the number of animations needed. Each animation is its own set of sprites, start to finish. Default is 5 animations at $50, increased by $5 for each additional animation
